Yes competitive is one thing we are. At this moment we have a couple of guys that always need to have there egos stroked or they are throwing a fit and doing
nothing but complaining. So we are going to have to eliminate those positions and open it up for guys that want to have good attitudes. I also may be picking
up a couple of young 18 year old guys just out of High School just to hit like crazy and be able to make a triple on a double. With young guys they can be
tought to play softball and you can also catch them were they are still willing to listen. Original comment »

Having 18 years old players are great because they don't break down or don't usually
come with an attitude. Sounds like you are moving in the right direction. No one likes
a person with an ego. It's softball for crying out loud! Everyone complains, but a constant
complainer is a cancer for the team.
